WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following, but is not limited to:

• Leading documentation strategy along with guidance from leadership
• Building out the new documentation site, which includes helping with plans around organization, structure, and docs strategy, updating outdated documentation, and creating new documentation where current Gravitee capabilities are not documented
• Working with the Engineering, SE, and Architecture teams to update and/or create clear, concise installation documentation 
• Making sure all end-user documentation is up-to-date, clear, and easy to follow
• Creating new features and how-to documentation with new releases or product changes
• Fielding and responding to needs and requests from field teams around documentation

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop, deliver, and refine strategic, engaging nurturing campaigns to guide customers along ideal customer journeys.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand features, nurturing opportunities, and customer profiles.
• Partner with Customer Support to deliver content for in-app messaging and guidance.
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers, UX Designers and Brand stakeholders to ensure messaging works in design and aligns with product and organizational strategies.
• Own and report on campaign effectiveness, including the communication of results to stakeholders.
• Ability to proofread for grammatical & spelling accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Interest in personal development and human behavior
