We are on the hunt for a Junior Copywriter to join the Creative team at Knix. The successful candidate will work to create effective, compelling written content for the Knix brand across all of our channels, collaborating with other team members to help build the next great global Canadian brand.

Responsibilities

• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation;
• Talk with Product Managers and Product Developers, and study early product builds;
• Work with UX designers and product developers to ensure that UI text (field labels, error messages, etc.) are meaningful and error-free;
• Get hands-on with the product to ensure accurate documentation;
• Develop customer-facing documentation for new products and features, including content, charts, illustrations, etc.;
• Integrate documentation into product builds;
• Review existing documentation, and recommend edits and reorganization;
• Standardize content across platforms and media;
• Gather usability feedback Collaborate with teams across the company including Customer Success, Marketing, and Learning and Development;

You love creating engaging audio, images and video content. You’re also detail oriented and not afraid to ask questions or take direction. You like collaborating with a team of other creative minds in the development of new concepts for social, promotions and marketing. You’re a multi-tasker who is excited about being on-air and creating killer digital content for our brand.

What you will do...

• Help grow Roz and Mocha’s digital audio footprint across all platforms.  
• Help with daily audio production related to the needs of the Roz and Mocha show, including daily promos, podcast producing and audio uploading.
• Support the Morning Show team with creation and distribution of video content across social media and web.
• Work collaboratively with the team around creating new podcast ideas, which will help improve Roz and Mocha’s podcast consumption and downloads.
• Ensuring audio for the syndicated show is delivered error free and with technical precision.
• Supporting the show deliver all client integrations across digital platforms.
• Other duties as assigned that support building a greater listener experience and positively develop the Roz & Mocha Show brand.

We're looking for a Marketing Copywriter to create engaging copy designed for prospects and customers. You will play a crucial role by helping the Demand Generation Team generate more online conversions and sales opportunities. This is an opportunity for an experienced Copywriter to create technical copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and long form assets (lead magnets) while working as an essential part of a globally-distributed technology company. You will report directly to our Demand Generation Team Lead.
