GeoComply is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to produce high-quality customer-facing content that contributes to the overall success of our products. 

As the Technical Writer, you will create, maintain and improve technical documentation for our software products. You are part of a team of Technical Writers who work collaboratively with product managers, developers, quality engineers and usability experts to create content that is easy to understand and promotes product adoption.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Product team. Reporting to the Technical Writing Lead, you can expect to work with teams throughout the organization to write and maintain product documentation for a diverse set of audiences. We ensure manufacturing, adopting, using, and supporting Attabotics’ technology is as simple as possible, and succeed with our stakeholders. You will work alongside engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure our operational practices and procedures evolve as our software does. We’re looking for someone who owns their projects and is comfortable working in a self-directed environment. 

Responsibilities

• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation;
• Talk with Product Managers and Product Developers, and study early product builds;
• Work with UX designers and product developers to ensure that UI text (field labels, error messages, etc.) are meaningful and error-free;
• Get hands-on with the product to ensure accurate documentation;
• Develop customer-facing documentation for new products and features, including content, charts, illustrations, etc.;
• Integrate documentation into product builds;
• Review existing documentation, and recommend edits and reorganization;
• Standardize content across platforms and media;
• Gather usability feedback Collaborate with teams across the company including Customer Success, Marketing, and Learning and Development;

This role will focus on frontend / user documentation as well as backend / developer docs and a diverse variety of other content that is valuable to both our Label Studio Enterprise and Open Source users.

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team for an exciting opportunity at IMAX.
