The Story Board is a publication of the Canadian Freelance Guild.
It began in 2010 as an initiative of the Canadian Media Guild and the Canadian Writers Group to create an online forum for sharing information and building community among writers, independent journalists and media freelancers from across Canada.
The Story Board has evolved into a publication that advances the interests of freelancers who provide content to media organizations and more. It continues to expand its reach to include stories relevant to freelancers and consultants who produce works and provide services across media, creative, IT, communications and knowledge sectors.
Editor and Curator - Rachel Sanders
Vancouver freelance writer and broadcaster Rachel Sanders has been editing and contributing to The Story Board since 2012. She is always on the lookout for new ideas and welcomes tips and pitches.
